					 This class covers all the basics of running  and standing tumbling such as handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, and back handsprings. In the beginner class we focus on form and technique.  | 
					This class focuses on the higher skills  
					which are round-off w/two back handsprings w/ out a spot, and round-off backhandspring back tuck to  
					layout or even  
					full twisting layouts.  | 
					This class  
					basically works  
					with all the basics  
					of cheerleading.  
					The cheer class covers cheer jumps, dance, motions, cheer approach,  
					and a little tumbling. It also is a great way to get ready for cheer season, when tryouts come around. | 
					 This class helps with cheerleading jumps, which includes toe touch, right and left herkie, right and left front hurdler, and pikes. It focuses on the approach, arm placement, gaining the strength to get jumps higher, and flexibility. This class is great for getting ready for Cheer Try-Outs.  |
